Plazmaman's 900hp Tube & Fin Intercooler Kit is designed to suit the Mazda RX7 Series 6-8 (FD3S) models.

This lightweight 600mm x 300mm x 76mm intercooler kit is for those wanting big boost, whilst maintaining reliable and sustainable horsepower. Featuring a Plazmaman developed special external fin spacing, which allows maximum air flow onto the radiator in both street and circuit applications. The piping kit consists of a complete CNC mandrel bent piping system, which joins to the factory throttle body elbow. Hard piping allows for greater air flow, and it’s aluminium construction won’t collapse or flex under boost like a factory rubber constructed hose.

To complement this intercooler kit, and take full advantage of the power increase it provides, we suggest purchasing on of our air intake kits. These kit also make the engine bay visually appealing (see related items).

OEM radiator coolant bottle can be reused
OEM Air Box can be reused in factory location
Centre entry intercooler piping allows the use of any larger diameter wheel combination (other kits interfere with wheel fitment).
The Intercooler kit is available in raw, polished or stealth black finish. Silicone hoses are available in blue or black.
