Plazmamans 800hp intercooler kit is designed to suit the Ford Falcon XR6 FG models.

This kit is a larger upgrade from the Stage 1 kit, and comes with a lightweight efficient tube and fin intercooler (450x420x76), and larger diameter cold side piping (70mm). This kit is designed for those who are looking for a good flowing intercooler to complement a larger turbocharger upgrade.

The complete hot & cold side piping kit is also included, and it also eliminates the factory plastic Throttle Body elbow. Hard piping allows for greater air flow, and its aluminum mandrel bent construction wont collapse or flex under boost like a factory plastic constructed hose.

No MAJOR metal cutting is required for fitment, only some minor trimming for installation.
